Our Beginning

Cowboy Coffee Post is operated by Michele Honeyman and her team since 2021. Michele has lived in Kansas all her life and wanted to begin a business that focuses on family and community building mainly in rural Kansas setting. She jumped into the saddle to serve our collective Kansas community the best coffee and smoothies she could find. The Post itself was born out of a love for gathering together and a hankering for a warm drink to hold onto. For those hot summer Kansas days she also offers ice cold coffees, lemonades, ice teas, and organic fruit smoothies. Michele and her team are looking forward to building community with you and helping you with your next event.

Our Coffee

All our espresso and coffee beans are Kansas sourced, and have been selected based on taste. We maintain a relationship with a Kansas roaster having over 40 years of experience possessing an under-the-radar reputation for delivering the best beans in the region. COWBOY COFFEE is a rich blend of Guatemalan, Colombian, and Costa Rican beans. Our coffee drinks are prepared using the best equipment. You will see this results in a better coffee drink, e.g., espresso, latte, or cappuccino. This is especially evident when our brews are compared with ones prepared by our national brick and mortar competitors – which often sacrifice quality in the interests of efficiency. Our profitability may be lower, but our coffees and espressos are uniquely crafted — giving you a better product — Cowboy style.
